March Favorites 2018
✨March Favorites are here!✨
I have some great things that I was (and still am!) loving this past month. As this is officially my first Favorites post, please do let me know if you have any requests for maybe a different format or additional categories you are interested in? ⭐️
For the month of March, I decided to include not only makeup and skincare favorites but also some fashion & lifestyle loves and even some awesome raw snack that I recently discovered!🌻
So without further delay, let's get into some favorites y'all! 🍒
Since I de-potted my Au Naturale eyeshadows into a palette I've been wearing them almost daily! Beautiful formula and pigmentation. They blend like a dream too! My everyday work look consisted of "Copper" on the lid and crease and "Lace" in the inner corner! So quick and easy but also quite sparkly and fun!
Elate Bamboo Capsule Palette
This gorgeous sustainable palette from Elate Cosmetics is not only extremely instagramable (very eco-chic) but also zero waste! It's very sturdy and has a good size mirror. I'm definitely debating on getting another one.
This past month this was the highlighter I reacher for the most. It's perfect for that "wet" glowy look that looks absolutely stunning in spring and summer!
B&B brush came as a part of the makeup brush kit I got from MOTD and I must say this is one of my faves! It's densely packed and togehter with a convenient rounded shape, this brush works great for both liquid and powder foundations!
My favorite moisturizer this past month that helped my skin a lot when it was having a ruff time. Read the full review here.
I was advised by a number of dermatologist and aestheticians to incorporate a Vit C serum in my routine. The products they suggested were not an option for me as they didn't align with my values. After some research into cruelty-free and natural options, I decided to go for 100% Pure one and I'm very happy that I did! My skin loves this serum! Read more about why adding a Vit C Serum to your routine is beneficial here.
This bag is a whole another level on the vegan leather bags spectrum. Handcrafted with so much attention to details it's unreal. I definitely keep this bag for more special occasions as it's just too precious! Let me know if you'd be interested in a detailed review of this beauty!
As you guys know I went raw beginning of March and even though I mostly eat fresh whole foods, I did try some of the raw vegan snacks on the market! And this three are by far THE BEST!
Plants & Yoga
🌿We finally got some plants for our new place a couple of weeks ago and I will say the whole ambiance of our house changed! They are the sweetest and make me so happy every time I see them! If you don't own any plants and your place seems like it's missing something absolutely consider getting some! I love spending my free time with a book or a podcast close to them. I've been also enjoying having them next to me while a take a bath for a wonderful at home spa experience! 💕
🧘♀️I also started going to yoga studio since late February and it has changed my perspective and overall outlook a lot! I feel more mindful and at peace. I was never able to get into yoga before and always thought that it was just not for me. However, experiencing practice with a yoga teacher and other students proved to be a very different sensation and I absolutely adore it now!
I practice yoga almost every day nowadays to find my calm. To me, it's such a beautiful thing - to put aside some time to work on your body and mind! If you have never been to a yoga class - I encourage you to give at least one class a chance!
💭Let me know what are some your favorites this month! Do we have any in common? 💕
